I notice you didn’t have anything on here about how incoming emails are routed, automatic ticket creation, etc. Seems pretty important for a help desk.

We’ll be adding a facility soon to receive emails and replies and to turn those into comments and posts.
We haven’t decided as yet wether to build the functionality or use wordpress plugins see below.
